The University encourages students to participate in an event on May 31

Regis University invites prospective students to secure their place for the fall semester by depositing before Future Ranger Friday on May 31. Enrolled students who attend the event will have the chance to win the coveted Golden Ticket, covering full tuition, room, and board for their entire 4-year undergraduate degree program.

Future Ranger Friday will take place on May 31 at Regis from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event will allow students to meet admissions and financial aid staff, faculty, connect with future classmates, tour campus and the residential housing. In addition, students can find answers to all their academic, student life, and financial aid questions, and register for Fall 2024 classes. Dr. Senthil Kumar, D.B.A., senior vice president at Regis University, and his leadership team will host a BBQ dinner that evening.

“Choosing to attend college is one of the most significant financial decisions a student and their family can make. We want to ensure all admitted students have time to learn about their financial aid packages and join our Future Ranger Friday to celebrate their commitment to Regis on May 31”, said Kumar.

Micro-scholarships are awarded for attending this event, with $1,000 for out-of-state students and $500 for in-state students for attending and enrolling for Fall 2024. Additionally, there is an optional Money Matters financial aid session from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., where students can make an appointment to meet with financial aid staff to review their FAFSA and understand their net tuition and scholarship opportunities. Students will also have the chance to stay overnight in a Regis residential hall and immerse themselves in campus life. Space is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Future Ranger Friday offers students an engaging and interactive opportunity to explore the campus while also providing a chance to win a valuable full-ride scholarship. J.T. Smith, associate vice president and dean of admissions, expressed excitement about the Golden Ticket giveaway. "Future Ranger Friday is a fantastic opportunity for prospective students to experience Regis firsthand. The Golden Ticket is a life-changing opportunity that underscores our commitment to accessible higher education."

Previous Golden Ticket recipient Celeste Anaya Garcia, who received a full-tuition scholarship in 2023, shared her experience: “Winning the Golden Ticket meant a lot to not just me but also my family due to the fact that I am a First Gen. It took the burden off our shoulder's and ensured that Regis University was the place for me."

Regis University also highlights the availability of $45,990 for Colorado students and $40,490 for Out-of-State Students in scholarships and grants who meet the following eligibility requirements:
